AMAZING LAW OFFICE. I wish there were more stars to select here. I cannot say enough good things about Ms. Saenz and her team. Ms. Saenz has represented my family for several years now, and I wouldn't change counsel if my life depended on it. I have had 2 prior attorneys on my family law case prior to Ms. Saenz taking the reins. If you're in hot water....she's the equivalent of a cleaner on a crime scene....but it's best to get Ms. Saenz on your case before someone else screws it up. Ms. Saenz and her staff are extremely prompt in responses (rare for an attorney)...and when time is money, Ms. Saenz doesn't waste either for her clients. I found that her billing practices were extremely fair; delegation to her paralegals and administrative staff in order to save clients cost and also not overbilling for case issues which were not hers, nor the clients fault. In events of an emergency, she was right on top of the issue and did not delay one minute. When I need her, she's there. When I think I need her, she's there to tell me that everything is okay. In the court room, Ms. Saenz is savvy, and extremely proficient in negotiation and client management....she knows what she's doing and she does it well. I have NEVER had an issue in my case that didn't resolve in a positive manner due to her tact, foresight and confidence. Ms. Saenz can control a courtroom like a dominatrix tames a business man. You almost want to bring popcorn and watch her work. It's awesome. Don't waste your time calling anyone else, seriously....get this lawyer on your case before the other party does....you do NOT want to go up against her in court....and you'll have to find someone bigger and better than Ms. Saenz to represent you and honestly....they don't exist.

Inappropriate billing. No consideration for the people involved in the case. Handled my divorce, refused to honor a substitution of attorney request when we disagreed about her hourly billing practices.
