Bad attitude felt uncomfortable even asking for a lawyer or assistence

This unfortunately for me was my second time having to need the services from Ms. Albright’s office. However, the fact that I came back without hesitation speaks to the value, quality, and trust I have with this firm. My attorney Ms. Brandy Tristao was nothing short of amazing. She heard my concerns, told me not what I wanted to hear but what I needed to hear so I knew all options and what was her professional opinion on what strategy we should take to get the best possible outcome for me. Still allowing me to do what I wanted, but just making me prepared for what she had experienced in the past. She was attentive, professional, extremely, knowledgeable, and is so nice but don’t be mistaken by her kindness because she definitely fights and represents her clients well!! The outcome from my case was better than I expected!! Hopefully I won’t need their services again, but if I do I will be right back in the hands of the law office of Shauna M Albright! My sister contacted this business four months ago and paid them $4,500+ for pretty much nothing so far. They never contact her about anything or help her. Sucks cause she's going through a terrible time and they just ignore her basically. She needs important papers filed and stuff to get done but nothing's really happened so far unfortunately. The least you can do is return her money instead of scamming her out of what little she had left. It's not right at all. Update: my sister lost her dvro case because her attorney never submitted very important police reports. The attorney had to come out of the court room to ask me for the video evidence from my phone because she was not prepared. How embarrassing and unprofessional. People suffering from domestic abuse and financial abuse SHOULD be important. This firm didn't give a crap. The kids had to go back to their abuser. Sick. After months of her being a client they barely talked to her and when they did they didn't even remember her name. Tricked her into signing papers so they could drop her as a client during the trial. Basically bombed her case and made her lose. Be very careful please when choosing a law firm to represent you in very important life changing cases.

I recently went to court to get the majority of custody for my daughter. I hired this law firm who just took my money and didn't lift a finger to help me. When my court date arrived they didn't even show up and I panicked and agreed to go to mediation. The day of mediation arrived and the lady seemed more concerned of just saying things here and there to just give ideas for us to "get along". I already knew this wasn't going to help my case at all. So I googled for another lawyer. Super cautious after the previous one doing what they did. As I spoke to Mr Austin a few times to get the ball rolling to help me, I honestly believed that he would help me unlike the last lawyer. We had about a month and a half to prepare for my next court date. He was straight forward and honest about what I needed to gather and what we could use in court to use for my custody case. Granted I was still nervous about everything but it's normal. Mr Austin, even on his days off was still checking in with me and made sure everything was still up to date. I appreciated that he worked on his day off to help me. I was grateful for that because that told me he valued his clients and his business. He was always an email or phone call away and was super quick to respond to anything. My court hearing was today and he spoke with my ex husband and was able to get him to agree to most of my stipulations without having to drag our case any further. Mr Austin was able to win me what I wanted and I definitely will hire him again if I need his help.

I was looking for an attorney to handle a family law case in the Palm Springs area. I had a referral to Mr. Austin and we set up and zoom appointment. When I explained what I needed, he was very responsive and even though it didn't make sense for him to handle our case, he spent time helping me identify someone who could. If you're looking for an attorney that's smart as well as responsive, approachable and kind, reach out to him.

Didn't answer or return call for urgent matter

Don’t throw your money away I paid 5000 dollars and they did nothing for me we hadn’t even gone to court yet and my 5000 dollars was gone they charge for every phone call every email I had to keep asking what was going on with my case it took six months to get a court date and my divorce wasn’t even brought up in court when they were supposed to be taking care of it I would hate for someone to go through the same problem I worked so much overtime to raise the money to hire an attorney to have had just pretty much thrown it in trash I had to put up another 5000 dollars to hire another attorney hopefully it goes better some of us do whatever it takes to raise the money for an attorney to help us and they just take advantage I am single mom I don’t have money like that to throw away now I am in debt had to borrow money but I will do whatever it takes to have my daughter back it’s been almost 2 years since her dad took her and I really thought these people would do something for me to at least get to hug my daughter at least even one time they dragged their feet I would really take my time to find someone who is really going to try to do something for you so ask questions and get something in writing before you give up any money

I was paired up with Brandy T and she is absolutely amazing. Her professionalism, promptness and over perspective on everything, just incredible. I am so happy with my outcome and she gave me so much hope. The staff is amazing as well. All of them kept me in the loop and were very responsive when I had questions or concerns about anything. Thank you so so much for everything!

I would highly recommend Brandy Tristao because she is very knowledgeable, professional, very responsive and she truly cares and is there with you every step of the way which is very comforting during a stressful time. And you can be rest assured that will fight for you. She is absolutely amazing!!!!!!!
