Law Offices of Shauna M Albright did a wonderful job on my child custody case. As the father in my custody case and being an “out of state” parent I was very much under the impression that there was no hope for my son and I to maintain our relationship. Brandy Tristao represented me in my case. She gave great advice and during the waiting period for the court hearing created a situation for me to stay in touch with my son despite his mother’s initial attempt to keep me from him. Brandy communicated with me during the entire process and never left me hanging. With her help I was able to maintain joint physical and legal custody of my son with 50/50 time with my son. Although my situation is a little unique in regards to my son’s mother and I, there is no way I would have been able to get what I got without Brandy’s help. I highly recommend hiring Shauna M Albright and Associates. I am forever thankful!

Ms. Albright, Ms. Tristao and the paralegal team were wonderful and really helped make the procedure as pain free as possible. They listened to all my concerns. All steps were thoroughly communicated with me and I felt very supported. Suzanne Bradley, was and still is the current paralegal for my legal team. Ms. Bradley was there for me when I simply needed to vent and or was being raptured alive by anxiety which is common when going through these process. Suzanne allowed me to ask all types of questions even some deem silly to her craft but considered crucial due to my limited experience with dealing with family law. Ms. Bradley was kind, friendly, reassuring, relatable and actually pretty witty (funny). All of these soft skills were on full display when dealing with any member of Brandy Tristao's team. For these reasons and more, I truly feel that the services I have received and currently STILL receiving is nothing short of 5-stars. Very professional and timeliness. Great staff! Very responsive and attentive whenever I had any questions or concerns. I was represented by Brandy Tristeo for my Family Court case, for a modification in custody of my two minor children. I really love the team at Shauna M. Albright. I was fighting for custody for my kids and they let me know that it would be an uphill battle. The odds were kind of stack against but with their help I beat the odds and received custody of my kids. I dealt with Brandy Tristao for my case and she did a phenomenal job. Father attempted to get a restraining order based on lies to gain full custody of our son. Before contacting Gary, I felt helpless fighting against father and his wife. It was always two against one. Gary made me feel at ease because he is very knowledgeable in Family Law. He always made time for me and all of my questions! During our hearing Gary was very organized with evidence and questions for the father. He was able to actually get father to contradict his own claims and the restraining order was denied. I came to Mr. Austin after working with a paralegal who took my money but did nothing to help my case. After going back and forth in court for more than two years I didn't understand the process and did not know what to do to correct the situation. I lost faith in the process going it alone. The last hearing by myself is where the court wrongly gave sole legal custody to the other parent. My ex took advantage of me but I was unable to get the court to believe me. I was crushed and didn't know what to do but I knew the court's order was wrong. Luckily, I found Mr. Austin and I trusted him. After spending time discussing my case and reviewing documents Mr. Austin found the court's mistake. Next we found the laws showing why the court's last order giving the other parent sole legal custody was wrong. He then worked directly with me to create a clear declaration exposing the error in my case. The only thing he asked was that I be patient. In court the judge complimented our filings for being well written and thorough. Still, the court was slow in making a ruling and Mr. Austin only asked that I be patient with him while he listened to my frustrations with the process. My ex hired a very aggressive attorney to fight and further the "story" that caused me to lose joint custody of my son. At our last court hearing, Mr. Austin clearly showed the court its previous mistake giving my ex sole legal custody. The court vacated the earlier order and granted me joint legal custody of our son. At last, I was relieved to know that I had done nothing wrong and the process was working. Without the right lawyer on my side the error was not going to be corrected. I can only say that Mr. Austin's team always gave me a sense of hope and a clear idea of what we faced each step of the way. As I listened to him I was confident we were doing the right thing. Clearly, the court understood and accepted our side of the case and gave me back my son. If you're choosing an attorney they must be smart, confident and committed to you and your case. Otherwise, it's a waste of money. Mr. Austin is all of these. If I have any other family law matters, or people seeking for an attorney, Mr Austin is my go to for family law.

---------- After going through two attorneys who did little for my child custody case I was desperate. With a hearing upcoming I began looking for someone to represent my interest. I came across Mr. Austin and gave him a call. After speaking with him a few minutes I could tell he understood my concerns and my need to have someone who was there for me. The other parent was attempting to push me out of my son's life and I really needed help. In court he took the time to make sure my story was told and that the judge listened to my position. After going to a couple of hearings and following Mr. Austin's lead the judge began to see the weakness in the other party's case and their deceptions about my actions as a father. By the end of the case I knew the difference between just having a lawyer and being represented as two bogus restraining orders against me were dismissed.  Outside of court is where I needed the most help. Dealing with police officers and social workers created a lot of stress for me. Mr. Austin made sure I was prepared whenever I had to deal directly with the mother or third parties. He reminded me to keep my court order with me and remain clear and calm when I spoke with police officers or others about my case and custody of my son. After a while the truth of my case became clear and I fear and anxiety dropped.
 In my dealings with Mr. Austin he has been nothing but thoughtful, kind and prepared. His advice was always spot-on - even at times when I didn't agree. Today I spend quality time with my son with little interference from the other parent because of his work for me. I couldn't say this just a year ago!
