John L. Michels and his team were awesome. I had a gun charge in Riverside, CA. Not only did John provide one of the most reasonable prices for his services. They went above and beyond, always available to answer my questions and always kept me informed on what was going on. Most importantly John got my charges Dismissed and completely off my record. I would recommend John and his team to anyone and I thank them for all they did for me.

On 1/9/2022, I was arrested for domestic violence in the Riverside County. It is my understanding that Riverside is known for their very strict laws against domestic violence. In fact. I’ve heard that no matter who I hired as an attorney, it was going to be tough to reduce this domestic violence incident that was reported as a “felony” and let alone, get it completely thrown out. After I did an extensive search and read all reviews, credentials, biographies, specializations, experiences, but most importantly, their reputations, network, relationships within the Riverside County and its courts system. This was essentially the primary reasons I retained the Law Offices of John L. Michaels. When I finally met John, he was very transparent and explained how challenging my situation was and as a result, he could not make any promises. However, John made it clear to me that he he would do anything and everything within his power to best represent me with the DA office - prior to going to court and the case being filed - or at court. He advised and explained to me exactly what I needed to do and what documentation I needed to furnish to him so that he could talk and go to “battle for me” before the DA Office would file the charges. John contacted me two days ago to let me know he had a lengthy conversation with the main person - the boss - from the DA Office and he was told that she would review my case and would review and consider everything John provided to the DA. John and the way he represented me and talked greatly on my behalf! John did it!!!…I received a call from John a few hours ago today to let me know that “ALL CHARGES” will be dismissed and I did not have to go to court anymore, this was scheduled for March, 10th. Obviously, this doesn’t happen all the time, especially in Riverside County, John L. Michaels did it. John did not promise or guaranteed me anything, but he did made a promise nonetheless - he would go to “battle for me”…and he did just that!!! John’s reputation and strong relationships he has with the DA Office and the courts within the Riverside County boundaries speaks volume of John and that was the primary reason I retained John. I did my homework and paid off…I made the right choice and decision. I would strongly recommend the Law Offices of John L. Michaels and his superb staff, collectively they provide outstanding services and the strong relationships they have with the DA Office. He will not guaranteed you anything, but deep down inside of him, he will go to battle for you in the same way he did it for me! Thank you John and God bless you man!!!

In my personal opinion John Michels is the best Criminal Defense Attorney in all of Riverside County. I was facing a 7 year prison sentence with 1 felony count on my record. After working with John on my case for a few months he was able to bring down my charges to just a misdemeanor with 36 months of probation. John had my husbands case transferred out of Southwest Court into Riverside County Court. My husband was fighting 6-13 years on drug and gun related charges last week. He was able to get my husband 1 year of rehab.. John Michels is the best lawyer out there! As soon as we contacted him to represent our brother he did his best to get all the information regarding the case, visited our brother in jail that same day to better understand the case, and was constantly updating us on our brothers situation. Our brother was looking at 3-8 years in prison, was facing 3 felony charges and misdemeanors. John was able to get the judge to dismiss two of the felonies and was able to prevent our brother from going to prison.
