When I injured my back in 2019 I didn’t know what a battle it would become. Started at COMP through my employer with doctors not qualified to treat my kind of injury. When I was finally referred to a specialty comp doctor I thought I would get my medical needs met. Didn’t happen the utilization review board denied every request my doctor asked for! This a broken system and with out proper legal guidance they will burry you. 3 long years later my case is finally settled and thanks to RP law group I have a chance to seek the medical care I need and never received from workers comp. Don’t battle them alone you deserve the opportunity to be heard.

To anyone that wishes to work while going to school, I hope you won’t choose a warehouse. I was working at a large warehouse while going to school, the warehouse really fit with my school schedule. However, it was very stressful with constant pressure and I got hurt on the job. I felt that I was not taken seriously and was a replaceable worker. I had to go to my own doctor before my old job did anything. I finally got the medical help I needed when I came to RP Law Group. recommend them 100% dont be confuse, injuries are complicated

I worked Amazon air as an air marshal and became injured. A can containing over 4500 lbs of merchandise ran over and impaled my foot. I then limped over a quarter of mile just to get to the infirmary. With a extremely swollen and painful left foot, I had to drive myself to consentra. Upon first look this place seems like where even the mildly injured goes to die. For 3 months I had to endure the misdiagnosis from my doctor, who claimed my foot was simply sprained. Once I demanded an MRI, I found out my foot was fractured in 2 places. Can you believe that my doctor blew this off and sent me back to work? Unacceptable. Who continues to treat humans this way. I gave them 10 hour days and commitment. I got nothing but pain and suffering in return. If you’re ever injured please seek another place. Concentra is the absolute worst. Rp law group is the best! They brought me peace of mind in this hard time in my life. I was so worried about my job and my injury at the time and i thought what’s the worst that can happen. Betty answered all my questions and took the details of my case with grace. I was given the proper medical care I needed when my employers medical staff didn’t believe me and mocked me and tried to dismiss my medical needs. The works compensation system did not provide me with sufficient care. RP law group fought for me. I was still suffering from my injuries. RP law gave me the dignity and care I had asked for to move one from my accident. I would strongly recommend RP Law group.
