My name is Krystle, I work in a medical field. I was seriously injured taken to hospital in ambulance. The insurance company would not even pay the ambulance and I was getting bills. Came here after getting injured at work. My foot got crushed on the job and put me out of work for over a month. During this time my now former employer denied me access to a doctor and refused to file a worker’s compensation report I had filled out.
