First of all I want to thank Raj Patel and his awesome team that he has assembled. My experience with this law firm was top notch an excellent experience because they treated me with respect and dignity. I wasn’t just another pay check to them; they truly was here for there client and wanted the best for me and my family. Especially when I came from another law firm that didn’t do nothing for me for months. I felt depresssed and just out of the loop of my case. I had more questions the answers with the first law firm but when I came to Mr. Raj Patel he kept me in the loop and answered all my questions truthfully and straight forward he never hid nothing from me or at least I didn’t felt like he did. If you want the best results in a worker compensation case please go to him you will not be disappointed and I promise you that.

Having worked over a decade for a company who prides themselves on ethics and morals, seeing all the immoral and unethical practices was completely demoralizing and painful to bear. So many good people were mistreated, abusers were overlooked or rewarded, good deeds went unrecognized or worse, the praise was given to those undeserving. After futile attempts of working things out directly, using the “open door policy”, maintaining professionalism towards those who do not reciprocate it and instead retaliate against you, enough was enough. Letting the so-called Human Resources team know of being targeted, discriminated against, worked to the bone with no proper compensation or overtime, providing proof of illegal activity, harassment, I can go on, they are famous for sweeping things under the rug and instead will continue to work you ragged or stress you out to the point of having mental and nervous breakdowns in hopes of driving you out on their own. That’s their MO. There is no compassion, fairness, respect, or even a listening ear. Don’t put up with mistreatment or abuse or think, “they’ll never change, so why bother?” Take a stance and do not be afraid to voice what you know is right. I came to Mr. Patel to see if there was anything I could do. His office won’t waste your time if they don’t think you have a case. He’s brutal, doesn’t sugarcoat anything, and you may even butt heads with him sometimes, but his heart is in the right place and he’ll work hard for what you want. I have no regrets.

Went to law Group, in Rancho Cucamonga and my case was dismissed. Due to my prior lawyers neglect on my case.basically my case set inactive for a year, judge dismissed it, it was shocking, I came to RP Law Group. He is very straight forward and is very knowledgeable. Now he is trying to fix my prior attorneys mistakes. Recommend to law group 100%

Worker compensation is hard and it’s difficult if you don’t have a lawyer but RP law group works hard and fights until there is no fight left for you to get what you deserve
