We’ve never needed a lawyer before and In doing research we came across RP law group. We’re glad we did. Being our first experience with an attorney we weren’t sure how hands on we needed to be and what would be expected of us, however, Raj and his staff made it VERY VERY EASY. We told them our situation they explained how they could help and when we agreed they took it from there. Usually people are stressed with documents, dates and such of situations of this magnitude but RP law group handled the scheduling of all doctor’s appointments, communication with the insurance company and the employer. When we had questions they were always available and very responsive. Conveniently all of our communication was via email and over the phone as we preferred. The only time we had to visit the office was to discuss the settlement which was completed and approved to our satisfaction THAT DAY! Raj made everything very easy to understand, he answered all of our questions and was very straight forward with options and realistic expectations. In speaking with him you can tell that he got into the business because he genuinely wants to be a voice for those of us that remain silent. Raj was able to negotiate expediting the payout which really helped with the financial stress we had endured up until that point. Ultimately I HIGHLY recommend RP Law group if he can’t directly resolve your case because it’s not within his scope he’ll use his vast network and experience to get you in contact with someone who can. For that reason I give RP Law Group 5 stars. If I could give it a higher rating I lose definitely would! I’m was employed with my company for 13 years. I had a back injury that they didn’t take seriously. No one wanted to take my case since I “waited too long”. My name is Robert I work for FedEx , unfortunately, I sustain injury at FedEx at loading dock. I fall between loading dock, and a truck along with docking metal plate. Luckily I am alive. I sustain serious injury to my right knee I was bleeding and also my low back Supervisor took me to the hospital, at Chino Hospital after they discharge me, I started tripping with please call Concentra, what a joke it is they do not treat you at all, we treat our dogs better than what they treat you. finally, my attorney sent me to his private doctor. I got finally some treatment which is meaningful. The private doctor will treat you better and will give you some meaningful treatment to get yourself better. However, Concentra is waste of time they do not listen. They listen to only insurance company and they are there to save insurance company money not to help you. I am thankful to to law group and recommend them highly

They handled a workers comp case for me some years back and did an excellent job. I had the unfortunate experience of being injured at a different company and should have called rp again, because the firm that im using currently has been dragging their feet for three years now. Lesson learned, go with rp first.

When I injured my back in 2019 I didn’t know what a battle it would become. Started at COMP through my employer with doctors not qualified to treat my kind of injury. When I was finally referred to a specialty comp doctor I thought I would get my medical needs met. Didn’t happen the utilization review board denied every request my doctor asked for! This a broken system and with out proper legal guidance they will burry you. 3 long years later my case is finally settled and thanks to RP law group I have a chance to seek the medical care I need and never received from workers comp. Don’t battle them alone you deserve the opportunity to be heard.
