My cases are not settled yet, however we have some issues and I will update this review once my cases are closed .

My husband suffered a major back injury at work that led to him being unable to walk unassisted for months. He needed to be bathed, and wore diapers/catheters for over a month. We had a 7 month old baby along with three other children, and I was working full time. I had to work from home to care for him, (which was eventually not an option anymore). He was initially denied for workers compensation. We were left with a nightmare and didn't know what to do. I thought the adjuster was being upfront and didn't realize at the time that she only had her clients interest in mind. He was initially offered an amount that barely even covered the cost of the surgery we thought he needed. His work kept calling for a long time urging to see when he was going to return to work, said things that made it seem like he needed to just brush it off and get back. He ended up losing his health insurance because his company sent everything out via email, yet, they locked him out of his email account when he got hurt. So he had this injury, with no insurance and no workers compensation care. When they finally did accept the case, they were only addressing the back, not the issues it was causing. My husband was in the process of accepting the settlement offer, because the adjuster said that she's "done this for a long time and it's quite a large offer for the type of injury." When the judge heard the case, he laughed and said the amount was not enough. This is when we decided to hire Raj Patel. He started asking all kinds of questions about the other issues that the back injury was causing. The incontinence, the teeth clenching and grinding from stress and anxiety, the depression etc etc. He was able to get my husband to other specialists to address these issues. We now know what type of care is fully needed. Raj was able to get the settlement amount doubled, so now we'll be able to pay for the ongoing care that is needed.a

First of all I want to tell anybody going through a difficult process of getting what’s right from an employer or a previous employer to NOT GIVE UP!! I took too long to bring my case to anybody, so my second piece of advice is don’t take so long. Don’t do what I did, you’ll find yourself getting rejected by attorneys not willing to do the work and taking the cowardly way out. Raj Patel is not a coward. He took my uphill climb of a case. It was not easy. It had been almost 2 years and this was a very emotional. I felt stuck. I felt no one would ever help me get justice. This man is a pitbull, he wouldn’t take the chump change the insurance was willing to dish out to shut me up. He’s a fighter and he believed in me, and in my case. His staff at Rp law group are amazing especially Betty, they are all do kind attentive and answer every question and every phone call no matter how silly it is. Raj tells it like it is he doesn’t sugarcoat anything but he prepares you for the win. I am so satisfied extremely happy to be moving on from this ugly chapter in my life and although I cannot change what has happened to me in the past, Raj made it possible to have an easier future I thank him so much. He has lifted a weight off of my shoulders. Especially to those that are in doubt of your case or if you even have one because you’ve been denied from other lawyers, give this guy a call!

READ LOWEST RATED REVIEWS FIRST I Was a client a couple of months ago I'm thinking about filing a complaint to State Bar of California this guy is a layer Can barely speak English his staff's 3rd party contractors that dont care about your injuries don't get fooled by this people. I'd recommend his services to anyone who needs a good, caring attorney. We were going against big corporation, employers never help you when you really need them to help you, my husband work for this company many years, you also have to understand employers get insurance to help you when you get injured but the insurance company is all about themselves, they will send you to industrial clinic where the doctors are see you as a number they spent 2 minutes with you maximum they do not even listen to your symptoms or take care of your issues and they will put you back to work without thinking the ramification Mr Patel and his team help me to navigate through all these issues

My experience with Rosh was an excellent one I came from a trucking company that was giving me a hard time and Rosh stepped in and took care of everything he is a very honest and straightforward person that takes care of business. And really fights for his client I strongly recommend him to anybody that is looking for results not a run around. His office is very professional and is always there to answer your questions and return your calls.

If you get hurt at work I found out that going to a company doctor did not help me, I got the run around from several doctors,trying to push me back to work with pills. I had to tell the company doctors what was wrong with my body parts.Finally rp law group got me to the right doctor,who told me I should have been fixed months earlier,if i was diagnosed ,with the right procedure, i would not have been put through with so much pain and suffering. Please give RP law group first chance,I wish I would have.My life would be getting back on track sooner

If you’re looking for someone who cares for you RP Law Group is the place . I got hurt at work and ended up needing surgery , i was having trouble with workers comp and with my job to get the right treatment . Did some research and found RP Law group gave them a call came in and had a talk discuss my issues that i was having and they took care of everything .
