My name is christion. I worked for shipmonk. At the time my position was a picker and my foot got runned over by a giant robot and which I had reported to my management team at the time. They didn’t provide me a workers comp, so I had to seek my own doctors to get treatment and they put me on a cam boot. My Team management treated me unfairly and retaliated against me. This left me with emotional distress. I had contacted RP law group to help me with this case and at the time, I wanted to drop the case because of all the anxiety my work has caused me but my wonderful attorney named Raj Patel told me to continue with the case and to not worry about it. My husband received injury while work he worked as a dishwasher he needed surgery the insurance company denied the surgery two times my attorney and my doctors have to fight for every single little treatment he received finally he received a surgery and still they have not provided physical therapy, it is common sense to provide a physical therapy treatment after shoulder surgery but insurance company likes to delay delay delay attorneys are not doctors they cannot help you to get all the necessary treatment that you need you have to fight with your provider that means you have to communicate clearly with your doctor and make sure the doctors helping Getting medical help from insurance company has been very very difficult however continue working with your case manager at RP Law Group they will get it through however please understand to be patient it takes a long time and workers compensation system is only for employers not for employees

Why did I choose this firm? I chose this firm because I knew they were really good based on their reviews and I highly recommend them because they did an excellent job in dealing with my case and they knew what they were doing. I worked at Wendy's for almost 2 years and they did a terrible job dealing with my work comp case. In addition, works comp treatment is rare, they dont really do a good job in handling my injury... the doctors didn't seem to care, disregarded my pain a lot.. My name is christopher a veteran I was in combat in iraq I served my country. I came back started working for nursing tacitly and injured my left knee, I asked for help I reported my injury but no one helped me. Workers comp system has become unfair to employees and denies benefits to almost every employee. Raj Patel was amazing. They made it all happen. Denise was wonderful, and so was everyone else. I recommend them highly.

My name is Miss Moore I work for a big transit company I’m a bus driver, one day after washing the bus, I stepped wrong way and I sustained injury in my low back my employer told me to go to Riverside community Hospital they did not see anything wrong with me finally I took it upon me and went to Kaiser Kaiser send me for MRI however emergency doctor told me I have a ridiculous party but nobody cares even Kaiser doctor released me without any further treatment injection etc. there is no intervention for my treatment and I am on the street finally I hired RP law group. My name is Sheffield. I worked for Amazon and Walmart. At Amazon, I severely hurt my low back while lifting an unreasonable amount of packages. At Walmart, my injury increased and I started having pains in my knees from pushing and pulling products and the carts. The gist of this review is for everybody to understand that when you retain an attorney be very careful. I called Larry H Parker. They sent me to a firm called Perona Langer Beck. And in turn, Perona Langer Beck sent somebody to my house. As far as I thought, this was good service that somebody came to my house. Later I found out that he was not an attorney. He did not give me any advice. He made me sign documents that I did not understand and there was no explanation. However, I was desperate and I did it. A whole year passed and I did not get a call from an attorney. Neither did I speak with an attorney. I got zero treatment. I was treating with my private doctor. Finally, very frustrated, I got online and found RP Law Group. The same day I met the attorney. They sent me to a doctor which wasn't that good. Again, my frustration returned. I spoke with RP Law Group and they changed my doctor. Finally, I got meaningful treatment, MRI, and diagnostics. All lawyers are busy but when I was with Perona Langer Beck I never saw a lawyer, spoke with a layer, or get any advice from a layer., They literally pawned me off on some secretarial staff. Every time I talked to them after 30 minutes hold I got zero answers. Where locally I can go to RP Law Group and get my answers. Please choose your lawyer carefully because it makes a difference.
