My name is Robert I work for FedEx I sustain injury, my boss sent me to Concentra, every injured worker needs to know when you get injured you have a right to go to better doctor than Concentra however the employer does not want you to go to any good doctor because they control Concentra and Concentra is one place where you will not get any treatment, after went through Concentra treatment I went to real doctor at arrowhead orthopedics that I received a surgery, how can Concentra send me back to work with my broken knee but this is reality. Then I went to to law group, originally I had a attorney in Newport Beach who would not even return my call did not direct me in the right direction or send me to a correct doctor. My name is Ivan I work for Amazon in 2021, I worked in SNA4 facility I work for 10 hours on my feet walking around all day. That caused blister on my feet, I reported my blister and the pain to my supervisor, first time my supervisor sent me to Amcare in-house nursing facility where they put a Band-Aid on my blister and told me to go back to work next day I went again they put another Band-Aid, week passes I complain again and my supervisor says to me that by medication if pain is not tolerable otherwise nothing they can do go back to work. My point of writing this review is this is exact treatment everybody is going to get so what you need to do is you need to insist that they send you to doctor rather than send you to Amcare because amcare is not it facility where you get medical treatment, this blister could have been attended and I could have saved my foot they had to amputate half of my foot because I was diabetic, just working for minimum wage for few dollars I lost my food it wasn’t my fault and I don’t understand why nobody help me . I as a worker have no other choice but only to file Worker’s Compensation case while I am off not working because they took off my food and amputated my toe nobody paid me any money. After that I came to RP law group where they send me to their doctor and I have been seeing the doctor and also seeing my Kaiser doctor however I was end up losing my limb who is going to pay for that? My attorney has been trying to settle but they are offering very low settlement because I was diabetic attorney is going to continue fighting this case until to the end. Not sure about all of those 5 star reviews.. very unprofessional law firm. The lawyer does not even show up to court. sends his legal secretary to do so .. If you deserve the right representation go to another attorney. If you dont care about your case go to this law firm for lowest possible compensation.

Concentra sent me home, telling me nothing’s wrong with my hands finally because of my insistence I went to another Doctor Who found all kind of problem however, the doctor also cut me open. I was under impression that they perform surgery. It is horrified to find out after a few months almost a year later that day event in my hand cut me open and they did not do anything. My name is Carlos. I worked for Big 5. I did various duties at Big 5 including lifting, pulling, etc. While I was at work, I sustained two separate injuries. I retained an attorney in Chino - Genaro Legorreta. Every time I had a question, I made an appointment with him. He would not sit down with me. Once I got lucky, and he did sit down with me but he only talked about himself, not my case. At the deposition, he did not train me.
