My name is Omar I work in a big warehouse as a forklift driver, I’ve been working there for 11 months, I was injured while changing a propane tank my right hand messed up. My wrist was hurting bad. My name is Victor I work for a school district, I am in charge of making sure the kids are secure, I’m not a security guy but yet I have to make sure the kids are secure and they are not fighting all the times however when they fight I have to get in middle of their violent fights I get beaten up all the time this time I got beaten up by big high school kids And the pain is unbearable, I report all my injuries, the school district look at me suspiciously, also there is so much debris around the school I’ve fallen down two times and I have hurt my knees very badly but the school Districk is not helping Worker’s Comp. you go to doctor to doctor to doctor to get a help Workers compensation when you get injured that’s where you find out how loyal your employer is to you the doctor does not want to treat you because seems like they’re not getting paid I went to rp law group, i am glad i did, withiut them no surgery or any recovery.

I came to this lawyer with a open workers comp case after two shoulder surgery . He tried to combine all my injuries over a 28 year Teamster career into one lawsuit. I was sent to his doctor and over about a year and a half. It finally went to trial and when I was there I was told by his paralegal that the proper lawyer on the other side didn't show up. They didn't call me until the day of the trial. And Raj didn't think it was important enough to do himself. And it was dismissed. So after almost 2 years I end up with nothing meaning what I'd already been paid by the work comp people in the past. I have documented about 20 times where I would call and his paralegal would not call me back. He would tell me that she is too busy and when I asked him to call the insurance company so that I could be seen for my shoulder again he told me that he didn't want to spend an hour on the phone. And I couldn't talk to them because I had a lawyer. Raj is a nice man. But I made it clear that I wanted the maximum money. And he did not do that for me. So now it's all over and I basically have nothing I have the money that was paid to me before I got a lawyer. Which means I shouldn't have gotten a lawyer in the first place. Greg .

mi nombre es narciso bracho me lesione en mi trabajo me llevaron a concentral ellos solo me hicieron unos rayos X y me mandaron analgésicos seguido de un trabajo sin peso, después de dos meses ellos dijeron que no tenía nada que yo podía trabajar, debido a el dolor constante decidí hacerme exámenes por mi propia cuanta le pedí a mi doctor en káiser que me hiciera una resonancia magnética después un especialista determinó que tenía una hernia discal en mi L5s1 lo que ahora me molesta cada día más e tenido que aprender a vivir con este dolor constante a diario tomando medicinas y haciendo terapias todas pagadas por mi mismo porque concéntral le dijo a mi trabajo que yo estaba bien y fue mentira porque tengo una hernia, perjudicando mi situación económica y mi familia ya que tenía una bebe por nacer ahora batallo por salir a delante. I worked for Walmart and I was treated unfairly I was asked to do tasks that were set for 2 people when I would ask for help I was told no I could do it by myself. These were the same tasks I would see 2 men doing but me being a black I was directed to finish them on my own I was injured in my neck & my back & had to seek medical treatment because I was in so much pain.
