I was nervous, never had a law suit. David talked to me, and put me at ease. I could have taken the settlement money from Nissan, but decided to David take my case for my Altima regarding the transmission. I won! Got more than I expected too! David is an excellent communicator. The cases can take a long time. He always kept me in the loop with all stages of the case. I highly recommend David Goldsmith!

We had several break downs on the highways in our Audi and got stranded once in DTLA and once in Arizona and Audi did not help us at all, despite the fact that we had multiple warranties on the car. I had to rent a car to get back to CA from AZ and had to pay to have the Q7 diesel towed back too. We reached out to David and from the first call, he educated us on lemon law, he listened to our side of the story, and he guided us through the entire lemon law process. He was patient and supportive. I thought since I had a legal background and because lemon law seemed formulaic, that it would be easy. What I learned was, it isn’t. It is purposely not easy to go up against a big automaker like VW, and you do need a lawyer on your side. David and Martin Anderson, who David recommended to us as another lawyer to help negotiate a settlement, helped get us justice. We felt duped and wronged by Audi in many ways. We felt vindicated by the settlement that they got for us and were thankful that there are consumer advocates like David to help people who get sold a lemon.
