We used the Law Firm for our 2016 GMC Sierra 2500. The process was long but that’s because David didn’t settle with the first offer given by GM (which we were on board with). After several months we were paid for our loss including a little more for aftermarket parts that were installed. David and Kaitlyn were extremely professional and kept us up to date throughout the process. We would totally recommend this firm!!! Thank you so much for all the help on my vehicle!!!!

I was about to sell my old car, which had 93,000 miles on it, when I received a lemon-law mailer from Goldsmith. Although the car was in great shape and running fine, I had the transmission replaced twice at 70,000 miles and 76,000 miles. But the manufacturer had replaced both transmissions free and even paid for my rental car while mine was in the shop. And this was all done well after the 60,000-mile drive-train warranty had expired. I thought my chances of getting any settlement money were dim. On a lark, I called David and asked him a lot of questions. He assured me I had a strong case and that I would never have any legal bills regardless of the outcome. His confidence in the case convinced me to give it a shot. He expected a settlement in three to fourth months. In reality, it ended up taking around six months before the manufacturer bought the car back and I was paid. That was the only slightly negative experience about the whole process. Whenever I checked in for a progress report, David or his assistant Kaitlyn would return my call the same day. One time, he even called from Joshua Tree National Park where he was on a camping trip. The bottom line: The settlement from the manufacturer was $10,000 more than I would have received by selling to a private party. And on top of that, the manufacturer separately paid all my legal costs. I highly recommend this firm.

David and his staff were amazing. I contacted them regarding a California Lemon Law case on my 7 year old Ford Escape after my car broke down again after 7 years of issues. I provided all my service and recall records on the vehicle and David immediately filed suit on my behalf, He is very knowledgeable about lemon law and ever turned down the first settlement offer because he knew that I could get the entire purchase price and repair costs on my vehicle.
