Michael A has personally reached out to me twice now, which is very important to me. I don’t understand gov’t law and being strung along for days on answering machines puts me in panic mode. I’ve read y’all’s reviews and know I selected correctly with your firm. Just my opinion though, being overly dependent on technology isn’t always a great thing. I know the system was expensive; however, having human beings on the phones, at intervals, would be helpful in getting messages across in a timely fashion. Thanks for reading my words. I contacted Nyman Turkish shortly after I went out on Disability and knew I was most likely not going to be returning to work. The first person I called told me how long the waiting period was before I could file. Once I got to into the time frame of disability I called and the process began. I had a stroke back in 2017 but continued to work until my cognitive issues started ruling the roost. I had Neurological issues and went blind in one of my eyes. Some of my friends encouraged me to get legal help as the feeling was I would be rejected. Once I got the call from Nyman Turkish and the process started, one of the team members called and interviewed me, getting as much data as they could. They were very thorough and since they gave me advanced notice of what they were looking for I was able to relay the information to them. They did the Social Security Disability filing on my behalf and they could not have done any better as there was no problems. I had a few questions during the process they gladly answered my questions and concerns along they way. As it got time for the approval process Social Security just wanted to to know how long I was on California EDD and what date did it end. I provided the information to Nyman Turkish and they filed it as well. The good news came shortly after that , I was approved. I I know because of my cognitive issues this would have been a huge problem for me and I felt Nyman Turkish was reason for everything to have gone as well as it did. I would Highly Recommend Nyman Turkish PC, They gave me a piece of mind, that I don't think I would have had doing this on my own.
