I can understand where some people seeking Divorce have strong disagreements, legal technicalities, complicated financial and property issues, child custody issues, etc. should DEFINITELY use attorneys. Luckily, my spouse and I we’re in a match simpler situation. All we needed was to have our mutually agreed terms documented and someone to guide us through the “government paperwork“. IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOUR SITUATION, and you wish to save thousands of dollars in unnecessary attorney fees, I thoroughly recommend AFFORDABLE LEGAL ASSISTANCE!!! I worked with TERRY who was very upfront about the fact that he was NOT an attorney. He provided no legal advice. His system made the paperwork process understandable to the layman, and made the entire procedure seamless and easy. I was particularly impressed with how easy to work with this company made the process. Terry left it up to me to decide how much “handholding“ I required. If I wanted to handle the entire transaction via mail, email, and phone, that was great. If I felt I needed to speak with him in person, either himself or his staff was available for an office visit, or a quick phone call with a question. VERY VERY PROCESSIONAL!!
