I high recommend Lemon Law Pro: Purchased a NEW 2021 Audi Q5 from Audi Rocklin (CA) within 1 week of purchase we had problems with the MMI Screen (Multi-Media Interface); then started having problems with the Key Fob, the car would NOT start even with the Key Fob in the emergency start position. With over 30+ trips to the service department and trying to work with Audi Rocklin and Audi USA we were offered $5,000 to shut up and go away. Basically the same situation as everyone else, bought a new 2018 RAM 1500 Laramie which since new had a minor but chronic electronics glitch that the dealership was unable to isolate and was not able to repair. The pickup was out of warranty when I finally involved Lemon Law Pro. It’s a somewhat lengthy and contorted process dealing with Fiat Chrysler but the Law Firm handled my case deftly and courteously, resolving the issue professionally with zero hassles on my part. I bought a brand new 2022 Dodge Ram 2500 and after a few months noticed it kept leaking oil out the bottom of the engine. They had the highest stars and and I didn’t know anything about lemon law so I gave them a call. They were so professional and straight forward about what the process looked like. They were able to completely resolve my issue and I was able to return the truck and and be properly reimbursed. They have the most polite staff and truly felt like they empathized with my situation and fought hard on my behalf to correct the issue. I strongly recommend, and have to friends, their expertise. At no point did I feel like I was dealing with just an attorney who wants to rush the process but rather a friend who was there ti help me. They deserve 10 stars but Google only has 5.
