At first I was skeptical about filing a lemon law claim. Then A friend told me how easy the process was so I decided to give Lemon Law Pro a call. They had great Yelp reviews and were close to where I lived. Kimberli, Andrew, Trent and the rest of the staff were amazing. They definitely did all of the heavy lifting. All I really had to do was submit the paperwork they requested and they took care of the rest, which was perfect for me since I have a very busy schedule. When I got the call that I was awarded a FULL buy-back for my 2013 Ford Focus I was thrilled. Yes, the process took several months but it was honestly well worth it. On top of that, I received my payment very quickly: Car was turned into dealership on a Friday and direct deposit was made that following Monday. My wife and I hired Lemon Law Pro when we were having a number of issues with our 2016 travel trailer and we really didn't know which way to turn. Words cannot describe how thankful I am that I decided to go with Lemon Law Pro to handle my lemon of a car. On March 1st, 2017, I decided to give Lemon Law Pro a call and see if they can help me with my lemon law case with Ford. I tried to go through the BBB but that attempt got me no where. I knew that If I wanted Ford to take care of my car, I needed to have a professional take over the case. I submitted my interest through their website and Immediately received a call from Trent making sure all the information I sent over was accurate. Once I informed Trent it was accurate, a couple of days later Kimberli called me and informed me she will take care of my case for me. She walked me through the steps and informed me of everything that I should expect. She also provided me with a realistic expectation on how long the process should take. Overall the process took close to 6 months, which was much faster than what I expected. Trent did a very good job at responding to all of my emails in a timely manner. He was very professional and kept cool even though at times I am sure I bothered him with the amount of emails I sent him. I really appreciate his help and how he was able to ease me throughout the process. Kimberli was also very professional and very helpful. I only spoke with her a handful of times however, when I did speak with her it was usually good news. Kimberli went above and beyond to make sure I was compensated fairly. To everyone who is having issues with their car and are looking for a lawyer to take care of their case, then Lemon Law Pro should be your choice. They made the process seem very easy and took out all the stress that I was going through with my vehicle.
