I got fed up fighting with a manufacturer over a new 2015 truck having the same ongoing problems for about 18 months. I wasted a lot of fuel to and from dealers and time on the phone that I will never get back. I was getting the runaround until I had had it. After reviews led me to Lemon Law Pros and retaining them to help me lower my stress level, time and money spent, I finally felt protected and not taking advantage of anymore. With extensive records I had made during our ownership given to Lemon Law Pros they went to work. Within 4-5 months they fought and got us a total buyback of our expenses since we bought the truck, they forced our loan to be paid off and they had their services paid for. Didn’t cost me a dime except time and gas returning to our dealer to use our ‘buyback’ money to buy a new 2018 truck for 50% off. Lemon Law Pros with Kimberli Zazzi did for us what I couldn’t ever have done alone. Quit wasting your time fighting the big corporations. Retain Lemon Law Pros then sit back and wait for full reimbursement so you can go buy a non-lemon. You’ll be glad you did.

Lemon Law Pro is the best! Kimberli and her team did an outstanding job at supporting and defending us through the lemon law process for our RV. The staff was always professional, quick to respond, simplified the process, and was quick to resolve any issues or confusion we had. We are almost two hours from Sacramento, but were easily able to communicate and work with Lemon Law Pro. Kimberli won the case was able to get the unit exchanged! I highly recommend Kimberli and her team to anyone dealing with the lemon law!

I would give this place more than 5 stars if I could. The whole lemon law process is incredibly complicated, confusing, and tiring. I was dealing with a certain dealership who was giving me the run around and I felt helpless not knowing how to navigate the process until I called Lemon Law Pro and from the get go Kimberli, Vince, and Alysha were extremely helpful. They took my case and handled everything the entire way through with constant communication, great advice, and overall pleasant and professional behavior. My case appeared more complicated than most and took nearly a year to settle, but at no point did I feel out of communication with Lemon Law Pro and in the end I got the car replacement that I wanted. The opposing lawyer on several occasions tried to settle for less than what I wanted and Kimberli was persistent on getting exactly what I wanted.

I contacted Lemon Law Pro in hopes of getting out of a horrible mess with my Jeep. They began helping me right away and walked me through a long and arduous process of getting my car bought back by the MFG. Everyone I dealt with was polite, professional and sympathetic to the situation. They even managed to make the process easy between myself and the other owner of the vehicle despite our instabilities to work together. In the end, I came out on top, which was shocking. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because it took so long, but technically that wasnt their fault as much as the MFG dragging their feet. I have recommended them to my mom and a couple friends also. Even though it took so long, it was totally worth it.
