I'm the owner of a few different rental properties in Roseville and Sacramento and had been having issues with a few different tenants for different but related problems. I wanted to hire one law firm that knew evictions to take care of both of these. I talked to Brian about the issues I had been facing and if I had any recourse for the situation. One was related to fraudulent information in the lease and damages, the other due to non-payment for quite some time. After speaking with Brian and understanding exactly what steps he would take if I hired, I felt confident enough to move forward. We will see what happens, but I do feel confident.

Worked with this company to painstakingly extract the easement money deposit back from a builder who hadn't even finished the job which was a complete & total joke. Didnt have anywhere else to turn but to take legal options. I wish I didn't have to, but hey that's life. They got me the deposit and out of the situation which I am glad for.

Very disappointing experience. Brian Clark came across as knowledgeable and hooked me with his caring approach. Though once I signed the contract, he immediately passed my case off to Julia Young. This was a confusing since he assured me that she was only the support attorney and that he would work directly with me. To make matters worse, they both were not even on the same page as to my legal rights and direction. Unfortunately, my case was not taken seriously. They lacked in communication and did not do what they said they would do which left me hanging. Only to find out from my contacting the court that they did not attend the CMC which prompted my terminating the contract with him. Luckily, I got out early since it was obvious, they did not have my back. All they did was charge me money to review my case and then did nothing. In all conscience, they should have refunded my money in full. Brian came across caring, but his actions proved to be the opposite.

Couldn’t be more pleased with my experience So thankful for the help we received we had a very good experience.
