Following is the letter of termination to Julia Young , who was handed off to me by Harman Randhawa who I believe acted unconscionably in providing a misleading consultation. "Julia , Too many times you've been negligent in providing me with timely information or at all; example-the first Conference date having been moved up 10 days without telling me. You were then very late filing that first CMC Statement because it seemed you'd forgotten , did not file the second CMC Statement at all, the Judge had to point that out, and the third one had several misspelled words and did not make sense. You have said you'd do something and then didn't , allowed the opposing counsel to berate yourself and me in the Conference courtroom while knowing first hand he had been dishonest with you from the start, and have refused to spell out to the Judge the actual truth of my defense in the CMC Statements while allowing the opposing counsel to keep telling the same lies in his CMC Statements, plus much more. By attending every Conference in person myself , I learned that the CMC Statements are of utmost importance. Since you were too lax, not taking this part of your job seriously, I wrote what I wanted it to say in order to be more accurate and truthful than you have been and to move things along , which you seem to not understand the importance of to my life . Since you have a pattern of ineffective representation of me overall while charging me needlessly because of your lack of due diligence , lack of attention, lack of follow through and much more, I have had to come to the conclusion that I cannot trust you to do a good job in the next phase of expensive activity that mediation will be. You have lost my trust, having not established it in the first place when you listened to the opposing counsel first rather than looking at the plethora of evidence I sent you in the first place. Too much time and opportunity I believe you have wasted while breaking and not repairing trust with me again and again. For these reasons and more , I will be submitting the next CMC Statement for the November 21st Conference , the one I have written myself and that you have refused numerous times to consider at all, again while charging me for repetitive and ineffective representation. The action I need to take on my own behalf necessitates the need to terminate your status as my attorney effective immediately. Sincerely, Jill Ewert
