This review is long overdue. My husband and I signed a rental lease for one year because we had the intentions of staying at the apartment complex longterm. Prior to signing the lease, there had been leaks in the bathroom, in which we had informed property management and were told had been taken care of. Four/Five months into the lease, it started leaking again. Plumbing came out and left a big hole in the wall to resolve a different day. What we saw was horrendous. There was mold build up and we had to leave the premises due to uninhabitable conditions, not safe for our newborn also living there. We hired Gilberto Vega to represent us in trying to break the lease. Right away, he contacted us, reviewed our lease agreement and wrote a letter of representation to the property management. Mr. Vega was very professional and explained the next steps with the possible outcomes. Thanks of his work, the property manager contacted us to confirm the lease was terminated and we’d no longer be responsible for future months. We truly appreciate his professionalism and communication in resolving this undesirable situation. Thank you for your assistance. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a lawyer.

Outstanding work by Mr. Vega! He called me immediately due to my situation and asked me all the important details. He then called both parties involved on my behalf and was able to identify that I was being scammed. He later said if any problems arise later, I can “use him as a shield” which is the embodiment of great defender. Thank you Mr. Vega!

Benjamin was able to convince department of motor vehicles to give me a restricted license when I was looking at a one-year suspension.

Gil was immediately available as we called him on Sunday morning and met with him that afternoon, which was important because we needed representation on Monday. Only because I have to put a star but if there was an option I will not put not even 1 star. This attorney is not recommended he did so many mistakes that my husband is still in prison due to his mistakes, attorner never in time to courts he does not keep any sort of communication with his client. He does not help the client he actually helps the DA put a client in prison for something so simple to fix. Instead of giving rehabilitation options instead of prison. He does not care my husband was supposed to be home but because of the mistake this attorney did cdcr said the attorney did something wrong in the paperwork no wonder he dis not want to give my husband the paper work Minute order he was requesting he is rude thinks he is the best but is not. Go somewhere else pay alittle more but get better results than what we got. Zero stars from us. I have read your post but does not give me an option to reply after how many attempts you started to answer after court was done and over with. But while he was at the branch you never went to see him for any updates or gave him a chance. Cdcr kept him longer than what it was supposed to be they showed him the paper of how you counted his time they said you had messed up. Whats done is done cant go back to fix it. Is just not ok how you do not pay attention to the case closely you were just in and out and just did not care like when i had to speak to you at court you knew i was there you tried to speak to me until I had to yell your name to speak to me. Minute orders were supposed to given from you to him not us have to dig everything out.
