Top tier firm -- big thanks to Penny Brown for her help on various matters!

I receive a letter from the Law Office of Rick Morin, notifying me that I had a lawsuit for the building I own in Morgan Hill for being non-compliant according to current ADA standards. I was previously aware of the reputation of the persons who visited my location with a wheel chair and who pretends to be a victim but in reality, is a shake down artist. Since my guard was already up, I was also weary of getting a letter soliciting my business to be represented by Mr. Morin. Never the less I called Mr. Morin and was pleasantly surprised to be talking with someone so knowledgeable and helpful. I talked to my business attorney about Mr. Morin’s offer to help with the law suit and they thought the price for his services was reasonable. Mr. Morin took my case and guided me through the process, negotiated a good settlement with the plaintiff and took care of all of the details. I am very thankful for all he did and for saving me from having to invest a lot of my own thought and energy.

He gave me hope when I felt there was none. He is responsive and forthright. I can't say enough about his dedication to serving his clients. He does great work and you will not be disappointed with his efforts. Give him what he needs to know and he'll make it happen. Thank you, Calvin!
