Having a small business can be very challenging especially when you have to be in survival-mode for an extended period of time so much so that you're one unexpected issue away from experiencing stress-induced paralysis. Recently, in a meeting with a regulatory agency and an opposing party regarding a dispute involving contracts and state regulations, I was simply instructed to comply with their requests. There was no opportunity to present my viewpoint. If this meeting had taken place a month ago, I may have simply yielded to the agency and accommodated the opposing party. However, with Roy Loving's representation, he made his presence and my rights (previously overlooked) known.
