Byron was a tremendous help! I recently received a driving on a suspended about a week or so prior to getting my license reinstated. The process took a while however Bryon asked me for the citation and then some supporting documents showing that I was in the process of obtaining my license. He kept me up to date with the court dates and let me know what was going on. He was very realistic as far as what could be best case scenario and what could be worst case. Byron provided me with his cellphone and made sure he made himself available whenever I needed him. There was even a point where I was not receiving his text messages and probably pestered him several times, only to realize he had been responding to me the entire time. The error was on my end. His patience with the situation, and the case was amazing. I highly recommend Bryon if you need an attorney. It is money well spent, and I know legal situations are usually a bad deal, but Byron takes much of the stress away.

Went with him because he was cheap. But you are better off with a public defender. Before he was paid he responded immediately. After he was paid it took him a lot longer. I almost feel like he was working for the district attorney. I would never use this guy again. Now that my case is over i have emailed and left messages with no response... This guy sux

Byron is the best. I’m embarrassed to admit that I was charged with very serious felony charges. My career was going to be over, my family life over, and I was scared. I called Byron and he walked me through the process and what to expect. It took some time, but through it all Byron kept me updated and kept reassuming me. Eventually he was able to get my case dismissed. I can’t thank him enough.

I was stopped on Thanksgiving evening and arrested for a potential DUI violation. I was pretty sure I was innocent. Hopefully you will not have the misfortune of being sucked into the DUI industry that has risen up in California. You may be innocent but that does not mean it will not cost you a lot of money and a conviction of some sort. This is where you want Byron on your side, everything you read in the 5 star reviews is true, he is courteous, responsive, skilled and attentive to details. He keeps you appraised of the status of your case every time something happens and works hard to get you the best possible outcome. I was very impressed at how quickly he would respond to my calls, emails and texts. I cannot envision having a better person representing me. After 4 months Byron had my case dismissed with all charges dropped, the best possible outcome. He can't achieve those results for everyone but I believe he tries. I highly recommend his services.

Byron was an extremely helpful lawyer. Not only did he help my case, but he helped me emotionally as well. He constantly reassured me to not worry so much and that everything was going to be fine. He had relatively quick response and even after my case, he would follow up on me asking if I needed anything else.
