I called the Moseley Collins firm today and asked if I could get free consultation. I talked to Garett and we figured out that my case was not what they specialized in. Instead of just bidding me goodbye, Garett volunteered to point me in the direction I should go for help and sent me an extensive list of resources. This is what I call "assisting with a heart." He saw a need that they could not meet but did what the next best thing to do was. Thank you so much, Garett for your kindness, professionalism, and heart.

I spoke to Sarah regarding my situation she patiently listened showed concern sounded caring and interested in what I had to say , at at the end of our call she explained that her law office cannot take my case because her office dealt with other types of lawsuits but she was kind enough and gracious enough to give me leads of places that I can call to get resources and answers,,,she was very helpful I thank God I called her office . I called to seek consult or professional advice regarding a possible case. Although they could not represent my case, I was still grateful I made the phone call to them. Garrett was amazing! He was so knowledgeable and really knew what he was talking about. He explained to me possible case scenarios and how things would unfold. I emailed Mr. Collins because I know he has a reputation for being honest and was hoping he could recommend the name of a real estate attorney who would also be honorable. Within two hours I received a call back from this office. I spoke with Bart who later referred me to another colleague Garrett who has had a similar situation in regard to selling a tenant occupied property. Both men listened to me with patience and kindness and Garrett took time to look up the name and contact information for an attorney near me who deals with rental situations. I am very grateful for the time these men spent with me not expecting any personal reward.

Bart was extremely helpful. Although we have a unique case with multiple elements he took the time to break it down for us (in laymen's terms) which gave us some much needed clarity and confidence. He allowed us to fully inform him of our situation. He did more than just hear what we were saying, he listened. He took the time to educated us. He cared and empathized. Ultimately our situation wasn't something his firm would take on but even so he pointed us in the right direction and compiled a list of what steps to take next, reducing our frustration, and limiting wasted energy and time on our part.
