Very enjoyable to talk to. If they can't help you they have a very smooth system to refer you to someone who can. You think Chick FIL A had the sweet greeters, these people are even more delightful, supportive and empathetic :)

Garett is an outstanding person. He is definitely a prize asset to your firm. He has so much heart in the business (law firm) where empathy and sympathy are absent. Although your firm wasn’t able to help me due to a horrible California law, his transperancy and delivery was so caring that, I understood why your firm wasn’t able to take my case. That being said he also recommended a firm that maybe able to help and gave me other resources to get justice for my Mom. Garett is one-of-a-kind in your business.
