Bart was extremely helpful and very responsive about my legal problems that I am facing. He sent me resources to help me with my case and seemed genuinely concerned about what is happening. They really do seem to care about people and helping them with their discrimination cases.

I was in a MVA four years ago. After begging and pleading with my HMO, I was finally diagnosed with spinal cord injuries to all areas of my spine two and a half years after the fact. I do have advocates within my HMO, but they are hampered by policies that confine their efforts. I have been living in pain unable to participate in life. I have felt so alone. I am loosing feeling in my “saddle” area. My prognosis is eventual paralysis. Talking to Alexis has given me hope that my needs can.be met. After a telephone conversation, she put me in touch with not just one, but several advocacy groups that can help me get a correct diagnosis and treatment. I am so grateful to Alexis and the Moseley Collins law firm. I feel stronger knowing that there is someone in my corner ready to jump in and support me. I was searching for attorney for medical malpractice

Larry and Jason helped us a tremendous amount during the transition process from switching over from my student visa to now, a green card.
