My ex slapped a restraining order on me for nothing. Mr. Martinez handled the DVTRO hearing. He told me not to worry about anything. He was aggressive, prepared, and he knew what to do when we got into the courtroom. Not only was the RO against me denied, the judge granted my request for a restraining order against my ex. I am now in the process of becoming a citizen. If not for his aggressive representation my dream of becoming a citizen might no be possible. We hired Mr. Martinez for my friend Steven F. He was being accused of something that he did not do.He was facing years and years in state prison. Previous attorneys advised us to just take the offer and go to prison. NOT MR. Martinez, he worked with Stevens family and myself to show the DA that he had the wrong person.IT WORKED !!!!! CASE DISMISSED !!!! Steven was looking at 17 years in state prison. Steven had already done six state prison terms, it took effort and strategy to prove his innocence in that court room .
