I hired Ms. Rogers when I put my business into a corporation, made a will and created a family trust. She's been diligent about sending reminders of things that need to be kept up in order to stay compliant with the laws pertaining to these changes. I've been very pleased with the ease of contacting her, getting organized and concise answers, along with very easy to understand guidelines. I highly recommend her.

Suzanne helped my organization file our 501c3 documentation to transition a for-profit business into a 501c3 nonprofit. This was a very messy, drawn out process, involving several former owners who were at odds throughout. Suzanne's expertise and guidance helped us file an application with a minimum of difficulties, and, based on the application she prepared for us, we were ultimately granted status as a 501c3. From talking to colleagues who had been through similar experiences, I had been prepared for the worst; Suzanne made a very complicated process fairly straightforward, and she helped me understand my options as we moved through the application process. I was pleasantly surprised how well everything went, given how many moving pieces were involved and how daunting the prospects seemed at the start.

I've never made a better choice in finding counsel to represent me. My situation was tough, litigating out of my home state in an adversary proceeding in BK Court. Mr. Morin kept me updated every step of the way, and represented me carefully, methodically and aggressively. I cannot recommend him higher for any litigation!

Very friendly and customer sercive focused. Our plans to do a bankruptcy ended up changing but the experience i had here was very comforting
