If you desire and need a "down to earth" attorney who is VERY knowledgeable about the bankruptcy process...Atty Gary Fraley is your man! From day one, Mr. Fraley was on my side, looking out for my best interest. His office staff is friendly and knowledgeable as well which helps a great deal for those questions that come up "after" or between your meetings. But better yet, after your bankruptcy, Mr. Fraley enrolls you in a credit course to build your credit score up!! FREE!! The online courses are invaluable...period. After incurring a large amount of medical debt, my husband and I were forced to file Chapter 13 bankruptcy. After researching multiple attorneys, we decided to go with Fraley & Fraley. It was the best decision we could have made. The initial cost was more than reasonable, especially since our situation was extensive and we had a lot of special circumstances to deal with. Gary Fraley guided us through every step of the process. We have been in bankruptcy since 2014. During this time, I have had to contact them on multiple occasions. My husband and I received several calls from creditors in the beginning and were able to simply refer them to our attorney. His team handled everything. In addition to these "expected" calls, I also was contacted by my ex-husband regarding a joint student loan (we consolidated them before our divorce and student loans are not discharged in bankruptcy). My ex and I do not get along AT ALL. I contacted Mr. Fraley's office and explained the situation, specifying that it pertained to payments with the student loan (which was supposed to be on hold during our bankruptcy). His staff acted as the mediator between my ex and I so that we did not even have to talk to each other. Mr. Fraley's team was very professional and cordial to everyone involved. There have also been other instances that have arisen that our attorneys have handled without any issues (i.e. Bank of America disputed our claim in bankruptcy, so Mr. Fraley had to file petitions and go to court on our behalf….we won). Just recently, we went back to his office to ask further questions about our particular situation and what to expect once our last payment was made in 2019. Mr. Fraley met with us and reviewed our file completely. He answered every question that we had. He is very thorough, accurate, and detailed. During every encounter, Mr. Fraley’s team has been very polite. Meeting with Gary Fraley individually, however, will make you understand why his team loves working with him. He is very funny, polite, patient, and committed. Although our case has required more contact than originally expected, he has not made us pay more fees. If you choose Gary Fraley to be your bankruptcy attorney, you will never regret it. I highly recommend him and his team.

Mr. Fraley did great job with our case. Amazing person - He was very professional, very expedient, and easy to work with . Me and my wife were impress from his professionalism - he is competent attorney; even more so, he was concerned about us and how we were surviving our bankruptcy. We highly recommend him. They ask for a "deposit", but they do not tell you that it's not refundable; even if you ask for it back via email on the same day that you gave it to them. They'll also tell you that you can file Chapter 7, but later they'll tell you that you don't qualify. Again, ask for a refund and you are coldly told: "We will honor our contract." They took $2700 from me after a "free" consultation by ensuring me that it was just a deposit. When they admitted that their attorneys were quitting and that the receptionist(s) were fired for using drugs, I should have known better. Their response to this post proves that they believe the customer is always wrong and they prefer to take instead of earn money.

They are con artists out of desperation on making money. Me and my wife talk to this lawyer and sign documents to start the process. The next day we changed our mind. But they wouldn't refund us our $200 start-up fee. If you're thinking of going to this lawyer Runaway!

Mr. Fraley and his staff were extremely informative, professional and insightful with the bankruptcy process and exhibited expertise and genuine concern for the client throughout the entire process.

I had a small judgment in 2015 and I discussed for free my case.
