Brian explained to us the nuances of each type and helped guide us to which one was best for us. In the end, we filed a chapter 13 with a 5-year repayment plan for the vehicles we kept. I needed a response to a summons being served to me for an old, old debt, and found Gary Fraley's shining reviews here on Avvo.com. I was glad to find that his office was located near me in Sacramento, and called him right away. Sean helped me make an appointment for the very next day, and was helpful and courteous. My trepidation was instantly dissolved at the very first moment I met Mr. Fraley. He was extremely well-informed (he actually teaches other attorneys in his field at convention workshops), easy to talk to, and treats you with respect. Although he breaks down the process into layman's terms so that I could understand everything, I could tell that he knows the technical ins and outs of my case. He's of the great era of business, when such services were performed with a dignity and aptitude one finds lacking these days. I got all the help I needed in my situation and more, and I wouldn't hesitate to call on him again for any legal need in the future. I really think I've found a friend in the legal business, one that I know I can count on.

I was a bit nervous when I found out I was being sued, but I'm extremely happy that Fraley and Fraley contacted me through the mail when they found out a suit had been filed.
