A lawfirm for hard-working people. Apparently not. I suffered a back injury at work that might affect me the rest of my life. But they only take clients that have "career ending" injuries. Apparently this lawfirm only care about the big money. Not about the thousands of other workers who are injured daily. So much for helping the hard-working people.

This firm is amazing. I highly recommend them for SSDI claims. I called, asked a few questions, they asked me a few questions and then sent me a packet to fill out within 2 days. I filled out the in depth questions, gave all my pertinent information and returned it to them. SSA sent me some paperwork, I filled that out and returned it. My Smolich & Smolich caseworker was on top of everything. I got reminder calls from my caseworker for every SSA appt., that was scheduled by SSA and was called with updates with SSA’s progress with my claim. From start to finish it took about 6 months. I got a letter from SSA with the breakdown of my claim, Smolich & Smolich got their portion and mine was deposited directly into my bank account. I’ve heard horror stories from people about it taking years, but I didn’t have any problems. Seamless. Thanks again for your efforts into my claim. 10 out of 10!!!
