I am very satisfied with smolich & smolich everyone at the office were so helpful and Rob Smolich is a wonderful attorney. When i met him in his office he had a shelf with all these folders on it, he told me that those were all the cases that he won and on that day i knew he was the the attorney i was looking for. I was right.. Thank you Rob and Jen for getting me through this.. Rob you can put my folder on that shelf..

I hired them for my SSI case. But fortunately I was approved the day I hired them. So I did not have to use them. But they did not charge me anything even though they could. I believe that this company is a very trust worthy and I would 100% use them again.

First I have to say I never write feed back for anybody. but I have to give credit when credit is due, I was hurt in 2012 I was 35 so I was a young claimant. my Dad was represented by Rob Smolich 25 years ago and I really wanted Rob , but Roopen ended up Taking my Case I was really nervous to be honest cause my Dad always told me how good Rob was, and Brittany told me Roopen was a great lawyer . But I was still nervous until I went before the Disability Judge . who said at my hearing that I had a really great lawyer and he's one of the best lawyers and he went on and on how great Roopen was , and right there and then I knew everything was going to be alright. Brittany was great everyone was great thank you Roopen really thank you for everything am sorry I ever doubted you :)

My dealings with Smolich & Smolich from the very beginning (Receptionist on up) has been excellent. When my husband and I first met with my attorney Mr. Roopen Parekh regarding filing for Social Security Disability he was straight forward with us while going through the packets I completed from them. He was very abrupt and honest on how it could go. At one point I was ready to just walk out however listening to Mr. Parekh explain how the system works and the avenues to take we went ahead and filed. I am so glad I listened to my Attorney Mr. Roopen Parekh with Smolich & Smolich and my husband as I did get my Social Security Disability on the first round. Smolich and Smolich is amazing! I originally went to another well known firm and decided not to have them handle my case. I was totally encouraged when I visited and met with Roopen Parekh. He is amazing! Just before my hearing date he submitted a brief which the judge reviewed and issued a positive decision without having to attend the hearing. His assistant Jennifer was always helpful and returned my calls promptly. If youre trying to navigate the nightmare that is Social Security, run don't walk to Smolich and Smolich!

What I loved about schmolic & schmolic was they stayed on top of my disability case anything and everything that happened to come up they took Care Of it as well as the paralegals, I was called when that time came or sent a letter on what was going on or about to happen. And if I had any questions they answered them rather by email or phone call, the situation was taken Care Of right then. I really appreciate schmolic & schmolic In the end I won my case. Thank you
