Their tv ad said that they would fill out the social security forms for me. But when I called, they told me that they don't do that n for me to do it myself n to call them back once I got denied...

They did an excellent job with my disability case.

These people are awful. Very unprofessional. Sara Greer is the person that I had contact with. My first phone call did not happen. The receptionist made an excuse that she was having problems with her calendar, another phone call was scheduled and I did have a phone call with Sara Greer and she sent me a form to be filled out by my doctor. I made an appointment with my doctor to have the form filled out which I had to pay a co pay to have my doctor fill out the form. I returned the form back in to the office and then I received a letter from the office saying that they could not represent me. No explanation. I called the office to ask why and ask if I could speak with the attorney. I did not receive a response. I just wanted to know why they were not able to take my case so I could make changes.
