I was blessed the day I contacted this firm! Sarah Greer and Sam Eldaly we're an amazing team while handling my Social Security Disability appeal. They were very proactive, kept me up to date on the status of my case and we're always available to ease my mind. I am so thankful for the help I received from my team! They far exceeded all my expectations!

When I decided to file a disability claim, I was hesitant since I had been turned down twice By the social security office. However, I didn't give up and I sought legal help from Smolich & Smolich. From the beginning Melissa and Karla at the front desk provided a very pleasant and professional experience. When I thought I had no chance of receiving benefits, Smolich & Smolich were there to help. They took care of everything for me. It was a big burden lifted of my shoulders and glad I made the call and chose them to represent me. I cannot express my gratitude just through this review. My contact with this legal firm was through phone and email, and I was happy for that option as travel is difficult for me. Anytime I called The Smolich office, everyone was always happy to answer all of my questions. I did understand that disability claims could take a long time and multiple tries, however the Smolich law offices were able to help me get my award quickly and on the first try! They were professional, concise and pleasant to work with. While I hope I will not need further legal assistance in the future : ) , I would very much recommend them to others.

I filed for Social Security Disability on my own and was denied within 4 months. I called Smolich and Smolich and was promptly scheduled an appointment with Roopen. Roopen was very kind and understanding of the Social Security Disability process. He explained what would happen and the time lines that I had to look forward to. They filed my appeal and within months I WAS APPROVED!! I know I would still be in the long drawn out process today if it wasn't for them. Do yourself a favor and hire Smolich and Smolich to be on your side. They are the best!
