Jack and his team did a great job for us for our trust update! I can’t recommend them more highly. Choosing them from the list of MetLife attorneys was the best decision I made.

My husband and I had a great experience working with Jack, Emma, and Clarissa to create our trust. This was our first time doing estate planning and the team was very patient with our questions and gave great counsel along the way. We own multiple businesses and rental properties, so knew we didn't want to try to DIY our trust. So glad we chose to work with Klosek. All in all, we spent about 2 hours of our own time answering a questionnaire and then meeting over Zoom and then a few weeks later our trust was ready to go. Highly recommend!

Jack and Klosek Law Office are excellent at what they do in the trust/estate/property space. Jack and his team did a great job in transferring my parents home which was still in my grandparents name, down multiple generations and into a trust for me and my siblings all before the new prop 19 law took effect and impacting our property tax benefits under prop 13. Basically the property taxes on my parents home are now locked in at the same level for another 30 to 40 years.

After searching online for the “Best Heggstad Petition Attorney’s”, Jack Klosek and his law office proved to be just that. Jack replied to my initial inquiry on a weekend, which wasn’t expected, but I was grateful considering time was of the essence. Jack Klosek was efficient, he submitted my petition, was able to get our request for an expedited court hearing approved (3 months sooner than the original date), and ultimately, the court granted our petition. I would recommend Jack Klosek and his law office 1000 percent. I’ve expressed my gratitude to him, but I don’t think he truly knows the impact that’s he’s made on myself and my family, for what he was able to accomplish.

Losing a loved one is devastating. This guy made it worse. Bad advice, lost paperwork, just all around terrible. Do yourself a favor pick someone else. Anyone else!

Jack and his team made the process of setting up a will and trust for my parents easy. We met with him once and went through some questions in plain English which he integrated into all the appropriate legal documents; no changes the first time. His staff were quick to respond in setting up an appointment to sign and notarize the documents and sent us digital copies within the hour. Wonderful, easy, and great communication. Thank you!
