Don’t you hate the feeling you have when you know you need to update your trust and it seems like such a burden, well that’s how we felt. If we had known how seamless the process would have been with Jack we would have done it earlier. He is reasonably priced, extremely knowledgeable and professional. He answered all of our questions and what if situations. We can’t recommend him enough.

Jack was absolutely amazing. We had overpaid for a previous review of our will and it was... not the best. Jack came in after and knew everything from front to back that was needed for our complex situation. I sought Jacks legal expirtise right before the pandemic started and quickly knew he was the perfect person to guide me through my process after the passing of my grandfather who unfortunately did not have a will. There were many obstacles including a home to sell, someone still living and even squatting in the home, a handful of estranged cousins who lived in another town hours from myslef and of course covid. Jack is not your "typical" attorny, he is a person just like you and i and you feel that energy with him always weather it's in person over the phone or through email. He's very down to earth, honest, diligent and realistic which i appreciate more than anything! I honestly feel he deserved more compensation for the work he put in. Jack makes other attorneys look like old, gruff, stuffy bears from the 50's. He is super easy to talk to, he really listens and he knows his stuff. I highly recommend him for all probate/estate planning/will/trust/poa, etc.

Where do I began? You are not going to find a better Probate, Will, Trust & Estate attorney than Jack. He is highly intelligent, quick, easy-going, and affordable professional. I was at a lost when I found out I had to review my father's Will. The quantity of language, coupled with ambiguous words made it difficult to decipher. To make matters worst, I didn't know what to do, or who to turn to? I found Jack online, and I figured I might as well message him. He called me within the hour, and talked to me about my situation. He wasn't about the money, but more about the service. And he gave me a fee I could work with. The next day I sent the document to him via email. He was able to decipher it within an hour, and ADD language that I never even knew existed. The best part? He answered all my questions. Now, I can rest every night knowing that the Will was written properly. I thanked Jack for all his hard work. Usually my reviews cover the ambiance and clientele of a cafe or eatery. It’s never a hard sell and it’s almost as satisfying to review as it is to eat and drink at the said establishment. But this review is different (although in the end it is also an easy sell). I had to see my lawyer, but first I had to find one. So what does one do who seeks an individual who one trusts with their finances and their life in detail? I googled “estate lawyer” to find out. I left messages for random names, one of whom was attached to a practice here in midtown. My method worked; my first meeting with Jack Kloseck was successful in that he was patient, he was well-organized, he laid open the strategy and the work ahead of us. He looked like midtowner. In fact we worked out our plan of action at the Outlet, office space rented out for each meeting. I really felt we were moving forward. Afterwards, we often communicated by text and by phone. I never felt self conscious calling Jack for an update, he brought me up to speed and he answered my messages promptly. I heartily recommend Jack Klosen who helps the client zero in on the legal matter of one’s problem, giving back the confidence and pragmatic assurance for one then to carry on.

The death of a loved one is devastating even before considering the challenges of probate. I was so lucky to find Jack. He was instrumental in guiding my family through the year long probate process and the seemingly never ending set of hoops that had to be jumped through. Jack not only was the probate attorney, but he also coached me through being the administrator of the estate, which was not easy since this probate presented some unique and complicated challenges.
