First of all, I have never met a more reliable, polite, punctual and effective attorney like Mr. peter. Mr. peter is a true PROFESSIONAL in all aspects of the word. Because of a mistake a made back in 2011 in my citizenship interview the immigration started to doubt my green card and my citizenship was denied. I was confused, and I didn’t know what to do or where to star. However, everything changed once I spoke to Mr. peter who carefully listen to me and with his exceptional knowledge led me to the right path to get my citizenship. I have been looking for an immigration lawyer for a while until I stumbled across Peter's stellar reviews on yelp. He was at the time with different firm but every single positive review was mentioning Peter and only him. I booked an appointment and went to meet him with my husband. Peter is kind, human, empathic. Extremely professional. He left such a wonderful impression that we decided to hire him for our change of status case. Our case got unfortunately delayed because it had been filled right before the pandemic. Nothing to do with Peter but it took us 2 years and a half to finally have our case beying reviewed. During this period we got to know Peter. He has been extremely helpful, commutative, proactively informing us every single step of the process.  Meticulous. Precise. And positive. It has truly been a difficult period for our family but Peter has always been here for us. Each time we would have a question he would answer in a timely manner. He has been proactively contacting us as soon as he had any new information and even when he did not have any. He provided very valuable and precise advices for our interview. When he founded his own practice while our case was still being reviewed we had no doubt that we would be following him and him only. I'm truly speechless to how should I describe what I feel. Peter is such an amazing person and lawyer. He was there for me when I needed him the most. Peter Kyung is wonderful immigration Lawyer. My husband and I got married in Sept. 2019. Peter gave us very detailed lists of everything we needed to accomplish and gather. It was easy to make sure we had everything ready for filing with the step-by-step directions and interview coaching. Even through my husband and I are in Minnesota and Peter is in California, he made the Skype calls and phone calls for coaching/ questions feel personable. Our experience was tailored to what we needed, and we never felt ignored or misunderstood. When the world started to shut down in the beginning of 2020 due to the pandemic, Peter kept advocating for us. The USCIS office in Minnesota moved at a snail’s pace working through our case. Peter kept following up with the office and updated us on his attempts and the office’s progress. He did everything in his power to take care of us and listened to our concerns. When we finally received my husband’s green card approval letter Peter was still with us. He made sure we had the physical green card in our hands before telling us the process was over. He even celebrated with us, and I could tell he really cared for us personally, not just the case. Here’s the short version Peter is available, kind, caring, patient, dedicated, thorough, and an overall standup guy. He cares about his clients and it shows. If you’re searching for a lawyer for anything immigration related, you don’t need to search any more, you found your guy. Now the long version I heard of Peter through a friend, and I am so incredibly thankful to my friend for pointing me in Peter’s direction. Words can’t show how thankful I am that we had the pleasure and privilege of working with Peter through our green card application. Peter made the process incredibly seamless, keeping us informed of where we were in the process, any delays, any additional documents we needed to gather. Whenever we had any questions, Peter himself was there to answer them promptly. We initially started working with Peter while he was a part of Carson & Kyung, A Law Corporation. Along the way he left that firm and started his own. Not one to leave things unresolved, Peter reassured us that he would see our case all the way through because of the commitment he’d made. Covid made our case far more complicated than it should have been, and through it all we saw how incredible Peter is and how much he cares about his clients. During the application process we moved away from the Sacramento area, putting us in a different jurisdiction. Unfortunately our interviews were repeatedly rescheduled in Sacramento. Each time this happened Peter took action immediately and kept record of every call he made and letter he sent. Unfortunately USCIS made an administrative error that resulted in an initial denial for our case. Some lawyers would look at this situation and think “great, now I can make double the money from the same client” but not Peter. Peter went back and memorized the entire timeline of our case: every interview notice, every file submitted, dates of when he sent the request for the interview to be moved to the appropriate office, EVERYTHING. Then Peter went in person to talk with field agents at the Sacramento field office and didn’t leave until they acknowledged that they had made an error. I was completely blown away by his character, and when I thanked Peter for going above and beyond, he said “I do this because you guys are my clients and entrusted me with your case. This isn’t right”. Needless to say, I would HIGHLY recommend working with Peter to anyone and everyone that is looking for a kind, patient, dedicated, and genuinely caring person that will make the immigration process seamless. The price we paid was an absolute bargain for the peace of mind that we got.

It was excellent experience with Peter. I took consultation appointment and i was impressed with peter that how much effort he was ready to put in. He showed me clear path about how we can proceed.
