Working with Peter was simply the best experience we could ever wish for with an immigration attorney. Peter went above and beyond to help us with our cases. After USCIS denied our initial Adjustment of Status (filed without an attorney), my wife and I came to see Peter, and he completely turned it around. Within several weeks of working with Peter, we filed another I-485 AOS, and our case was approved in just a few months with absolutely no problem. Two years after, we worked with Peter again on I-751 Removal of Conditions, and he made it look easy. Peter’s levels of responsiveness and thoroughness were amazing. He is incredibly detail-oriented and left no stone unturned. As a result, we got a confirmation that my new Green-card is on its way, and it has only been seven months since we filed! Peter knows what he is doing. He has been my immigration lawyer since 2018 and together we have filed two cases: I 485 and I 751. And let me tell you, both cases were filed exceptionally well and my wife was approved in both cases. They were prepared and filed so well that my wife was approved in 7 months for the I 485 (most cases take more than a year) and now 6 months for I 751 (same here too, most cases take way over a year for approval). You should at least have a consultation with Peter and I would highly HIGHLY recommend you to hire him as your immigration lawyer. We will be coming back for my wife's naturalization application next year.

Peter is very professional and knowledgeable about immigration laws and the whole process, from beginning to the end. He helped with the adjustment of status for my wife. It was a long process due to COVID-19, which put our case on hold for about a year. It was very stressful to not hear anything back from USCIS but Peter kept in contact every step of the way, easing our minds from beginning to end. He is very responsive to emails and phone calls. He provide a detail explanations of the whole process and always get USCIS letters first and emails us right away even before we would get the letters. He is very personal and definitely wants the best outcomes for us. I like his mock interviews as this help my wife and I prepared for the interview and the mistakes we made. During our interview, we ran into a little hiccup and Peter quickly assessed the issue and put my wife and me at ease and provided further explanation after the interview. Still more wait time after the interview, but Peter again, communicates and put our mind at ease while we wait. After the whole process of about a year and half, my wife finally was approved thanks to Peter. I look forward to working with Peter again when it’s time for my wife to apply for citizenship. We can’t thank Peter enough and definitely will recommend him to everyone.

I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Peter Kyung. Peter came highly recommended from both a friend and a family member who had hired Peter for their own immigration processes. By way of introduction, we are a gay couple who worked with Peter for our I751 removal of conditions application, and the subsequent interview. We would like to start out by saying that this is not only the most positive experience we have had with any immigration attorney (or other attorney for that matter), it is undoubtedly the most positive experience we have with ANY professional. Peter excelled on absolutely every front imaginable. Specifically we would like to point to these aspects of our interaction and his strengths as an attorney: 1. Being exceptionally detail oriented, leaving nothing to chance in terms of documents, filling out of applications, and organization of the material in a manner that was the most effective for review by USCIS. 2. Tremendous knowledge of the immigration process, at all levels - starting from esoteric aspects of the law, to mundane/logistical matters of interacting with USCIS staff. 3. Promptness, responsiveness, and thoroughness in communication. Going through the immigration process is stressful, and nothing is more stressful than the uncertainty of not having quick answers to questions. In this context, Peter is a star - he would reply to our emails and calls within minutes, around the clock, and in detail - with correct, succinct responses that would put our minds at ease. He never indicated that he was even slightly bothered by our multiple queries, and was incredibly patient. 4. Empathy and kindness. We imagine that Peter probably sees many cases like us every day. However, in the way he interacted with us, and handled our issues - we felt like we were his most important client. He knows that while this is everyday business for him, it's a huge matter for his clients' families, and every interaction with him is marked by his empathy and kindness. Our case brought some unanticipated events, including an interview that we did not expect. This added significantly to the time Peter spent on our case. Peter spent two full hours with us prepping us for it, and gave us thoughtful tips that were very helpful for us. 5. Directly as a result of his personal qualities, he has an incredible rapport with USCIS staff - from the security officers to the interviewing officers - they all seemed to know, like, and trust him very much. This greatly alleviated the minor logistical anxieties we had on top of the obvious anxiety with any USCIS interview. 6. His fee structure was transparent and highly reasonable, with no surprises. Our case was approved with no problems, and working with Peter was the best decision we ever made. In summary, we cannot imagine a more competent professional, compassionate person, or knowledgeable lawyer that one could work with for their immigration processes. He is the best of the best.
