Just before our countries big birthday, I retired from the State. Shortly after collecting my final checks, I was arrested, and charged with two felonies threatening my future and livelihood. If you are looking for someone who is down to earth, understanding, caring, and confident because he is very knowledgeable in his work, Mr. Chan is someone you want to represent you or a love one. My son had got himself into trouble and I was literally in tears when I called Mr. Chan because I didn’t think my son deserved his charges which was 1 count of a misdemeanor and 1 count of a felony. Plus, I didn’t feel that our public defender was going to help my son with a fair justice. Mr. Chan told me that he will take our case and we’ll win.....that they will not charge my son those 2 counts. End of case resulted with a misdemeanor (disturbance of peace) and 6 months of probation with No restitution! If I hadn’t hire Mr. Chan to represent my son, he would be in a juvenile facility right now for something not worthy and will ruin his future also. Im in the Silicon Valley. I was able to sucuessfull coordinate a resolution to my case. Lawyers are never essy to get ahold of but when its a real emegency in your life its good to find one who will reassure you even when they are skiing in the snow on vacation. I hird this attorney to defend me he talked a lot of trash about what he could do for me and how tough he was. When i paid him a went to court things changed his tune changed. He tuckrd his tail like a cat in court and froze up on me. After spending over $15k i would have been better off using a public defender to top that off her over charged me and never refunded me. He is lousy for a criminal defense lawer.what he do best talk trash and robb you. NEVER USE THIS GUY HE IS A FAKE
