I had a car accident on 8/17/16 and chose Berg as my first option. Their advertisements and commercials ALWAYS say that if you pick them especially that you get THREE TIMES the money. THEY get 3x the money, not you. You get left with nothing, they put you on lean, and when they don't even represent you anymore, they STILL ASK FOR A PORTION OF THE MONEY YOU EARNED FROM THE CASE. Like seriously, their ad even said that you don't owe us unless we get money for you. All of their advertisements are TRUE, but as soon as you put that pen to that paper, they VANISH. It becomes a distant memory at that point. I am planning to report it to the state bar and maybe file a malpractice lawsuit. If I could give half of one star, I WOULD.
