These people are crooks! I was in an accident and all I got was $2000 after 2 YEARS of dealing with these idiots. They lagged on everything, always had a excuse, or would blame it on everyone else not getting back to them. I could have settled for more myself and maybe been able to afford to stay getting treatment for my back.

So what if they advertise on TV!!!!!! RUN and don't look back! This firm is just a mill for PI cases. They will string you along and will not fight for you! I fired them after being passed through multiple case workers and paralegals and 3 attorneys. They wanted me to settle before addressing all of my injuries from an auto accident. I was blessed with Demas Law Group who not only got me the treatment I needed, but enough of a settlement to change my life. I received collection notices for medical bills that Berg did not forward to Demas. When I spoke with the people at the CB, even they knew of Berg's horrible reputation. DO NOT trust BERG!!! They WILL NOT look after your best interest!!!!

STAY AWAY from Berg... I was in an accident in the year 2012 where I was clearly rearended by a old man at a red light. I had almost $20,000 in bills and did not work for a month due to my injury. My attorney at Berg told me the insurance wants to settle for $12,000 and I will not get anything for pain and suffering. This was ridiculous, I told him that I need more from the insurance company for my pain and suffering and he said he cannot do anything for me. The other guy had a full coverage on his car. I had to fire Berg and find another attorney. Now my case is settled and I got 5k for my share, thanks to Scranton Law Firm. Don't fall for their commercials. Berg is the most worthless law firm.

Run! They will say anything to get your case. I left messages for weeks and no one would call me back. I asked for an email in hopes of communicating that way. The receptionist was appalled, "we don't give out email addresses!" My injury was used for Berg's profit. After a major car accident, two months off work and not even enough for the doctor bills. Berg gets 30% for ignoring me. A pack of sociopaths.

in my opinion berg injury lawyers are dishonest..lazy bunch of thieves based on a case they fought for me..very poor communication..again this is only my opinion and my experience
