This is my 2cd time chosing berg for an auto accident. They get you the most money for your accident!

I was in a car accident October 31st 2017. The car accident was deemed 100% the other party's fault by the police officer who showed up on the scene and by the witnesses that were there at the time. Berg and associates handed me off to another attorney because my case was it enough for them. We have all seen the commercial with Mr bird saying how revered respected of an attorney he is. I personally lost over $40,000 surrounding this motor vehicle accident. My recovery amount was $25,000 but my net recovery was $9,400. These attorneys did not even object and my deposition even though the other attorney was getting out of line. The other attorney even contradicted himself and still no objection for my attorney. I was under the impression that we hired attorneys so insurance companies wouldn't do this to us but when our own attorneys do it what do we do? This is my response to the owner: I find it very interesting that you guys are running from all accountability with how my case ended. You see I was hoping that you would bring up the fact that you guys did not represent me. My case was poorly represented from the very beginning when I first called you guys and you guys accepted my case. Then you saw a fit to pass my case on to another attorney because it wasn't worth enough money for you. Interestingly enough, you guys are trying to avoid accountability when you highly recommended the attorney that I went to and you still got paid from my case. So how dare you try to avoid accountability when you failed to represent me right in the first place. And then you still got paid from my case. If Mr Berg was the feared attorney that he claimed to be in the commercials my case should have been worth a lot more money and on top of it should have been open and close.

I can't express in enough words my gratitude in all that the great work and all their effort the Berg injury Lawyers team in Sacramento put in my case.
