Excellent Attorneys!

I highly recommend Del Rio & Caraway. The office staff is extremely helpful and professional. Samantha is incredibly supportive and communicated with me throughout the entire process in a timely manner. I was in a car accident and dealing with the stress of extreme neck pain, I felt at ease as they handled all of my paperwork, correspondence between medical staff and appointments and with the insurance company. They have worked really hard on my case. I am very thankful and highly recommend this firm.

Caraway is a narcissist and hopefully you choose him he does a lot better for you I was pushed after having a surgery in a department store and had to do another surgery because the first one had failed .he was so busy at the initial consultation that he didn't listen therefore misrepresenting himself to the insurance company after he made sure that he got his feet I didn't even have enough to pay for my doctor bills I'm sure Joe Rios probably a fine lawyer and hopefully if you choose them hopefully he don't do you as bad as they did me

At this time I'm reviewing based on communications. My case is still open so I'm not really quite ready to give a general review yet. I'm new at lawyering, but I feel there's lack of communications from this office. Is it normal for lawyer's office not too communicate with their clients? I feel based on my experience so far, I have earned comparison rights so I'm going to say, getting updates from this place is like pulling teeth. I dont even know what's going with my case. I dont bother them because I can see how busy they can get but I think it's only right that clients are updated from time to time just to let them know that the case is still alive and being worked on. So for this reason, I feel very disappointed. I feel maybe I should have stuck with the first office I contacted. Maybe this is really how lawyer's office work. No updates,. Maybe they like the essence of surprise. I just hope that we can have better communcations in the future. I miss Meli. She communicated with me regularly before she took on another position.

This company has been nothing but a godsend since I had my accident. Big shout out to Justin Powers for always keeping me in the loop and on top of communication with the liable party. Meli was very helpful as well with the initial uptake of my case and the handoff to Justin was smooth. I hope to never need them again but if I do this will be my forever A-team!

My goal was to get the insurance company of the offending driver to pay my medical bill. I was getting hounded by the billing office because the insurance company was changing their requirements. It was only a short time after Del Rio & Caraway, took over that the settlement was made . What a weight off of my shoulders. Thank you to the entire team.

If I could give zero stars I would. After almost two years, I am now told they are not interested in pursuing my case, and I have six days to file my papers in court to make sure I keep my rights. They are interested in the "easy" win, not in finding out the truth. Riddle me this, DCC... how can someone gain enough speed from a dead stop to hit another party so hard they drop their transmission? In the span of 10-15 feet? But of course, it's not the other parties fault... I mean, how dare I be in their way when they're trying to get where they're going. Only go to this circus if you have a slam dunk case, with an easy outcome. If you want a real, professional company that will do their actual JOB, find another company. DCC sucks, and I wouldn't recommend them to the opposing party in my case (well, actually, maybe I would).

It is never easy to have to get a lawyer to make a wrong right, but Del Rio & Caraway were able to help me through everything and come to an agreeable conclusion. They were very attentive to my needs and took the time to explain things when it seemed a bit overwhelming. I'm so glad that I had them in my corner.
