I retained Del Rio and Associates in February of 2019 for automobile injury. Upon my first meeting Misters Del Rio and Caraway they were very pleasant and assured me they could help me with my case. I was informed as to what would take place each step of the way. They were very professional in speaking to me and always made sure I understood them when they gave me information regarding my case. The entire staff was always helpful and friendly whenever I would call and I know I probably called too much but they always would do their best in helping me. I interacted with JC and Vicki who were fantastic and did an awesome job answering any questions or concerns that I had . Del Rio and Caraway are great attorneys and did a fantastic job in handling my claim. My claim settled yesterday and I am more that satisfied with the outcome. I will highly recommend them to anyone. I just finished up a lawsuit for a car accident that totaled my car. Del Rio & Caraway took my case. I very highly suggest anyone looks to them when needing an injury attorney. Justin Powers who was my attorney specifically worked with me throughout the process and if your lucky enough to get a chance to work with him, he's amazing!!! I never had a question he didn't respond to almost immediately, He walked me through every step and made it really easy!!! I had to do minimal stuff but signing papers ( through email). Justin was friendly and professional but made sure I new what was happening and the process behind it.
