I highly recommend Del Rio & Associates. I have never needed a lawyer until I was a passenger in a fender bender while on vacation. In all honesty the intake personnel probably shouldn't have taken my case because of how minor the accident was and I think she may have made a mistake, but I had a pre existing back injury that became very agitated by the impact of the rear end and maybe it was a blessing but I was in. My vacation was ruined because this accident happened on the third or fourth day of a two week trip and after I got home I was still affected by it. The other party's insurance would not contact me and after about 2-3 months of trying I decided to get a lawyer. I pulled them out of the phone book and ever since then I was in great hands. I know that if I ever am in a more serious accident I am definitely calling them and I will always refer them to the people in my life if they have a good case to be won. I recieved way more money than I thought and for that I am grateful. Meli my case manager is a wonderful and patient person and Attorney Richardson is one tough negotiator.
