Met with a lawyer who is taking care of my wife's potential lawsuit. He was nice and his assistant is reallly on top of things. I'd recommend them if you need representaion. No upfront costs and reasonable expectations when suit is settled.

A lot of business is lost at intake. When the intake person doesnt take competent notes or information to give to the attorneys, you wont get service. That's why people are frustrated when they call. That was my experience here. Although I never became a client, it was because of a poor intake not because i dont have a very strong case that a attorney would like to hear. Never got a call back which suggest the intake never completed the process because of their attitude.
