Spoke to Sandoval and he was very rude, provided inaccurate information and when I mentioned it, he got very angry and told me to find another attorneys office. Kept making statements on how “prestigious” the company was. Contacted the rep. again asking if I could speak to someone else. Which I was denied and ultimately ignored. My father requested a reasonable accommodation in 2018 and his prop. Management co. Failed to provide an accommodation which resulted in a broken hip. We have all the documentation necessary to prove they were aware of his request for years. Sandoval admitted he was unfamiliar with laws pertaining to ADA, civil rights, discrimination against protected classes (people with disabilities) etc… Then proceeded to provide completely inaccurate information. I hope someone from this office at bare minimum, offer an apology for the way I was treated as a potential client. Terrible experience!

Worst law firm ever. Not honest at all . Poor communication this law firm is dysfunctional.

I would highly recommend Arnold Law Firm, especially George Chryssafis. He did an excellent job.

My accident case was handled by John and his assistants Laura and then Stephanie. It took longer than I thought it should. John gave me his word about how he would handle my case and he did. I also had to be an advocate to help my case after it finally got settled. When I was informed the other insurance company wasn’t returning calls. I jumped in to help get my settlement money because there was to many back and forth of people calling, leaving messages and not leaving messages. This was causing a delay for me getting my settlement processed in a timely manner. With team work, all is done. Thank you John for keeping your word and especially thank you Stephanie for keeping me in the loop and working together to get my settlement.

I was very pleased with my experience with the Arnold Law Firm. The process was surprisingly easy and straightforward. My lawyer communicated with me the entire time and worked for my best interest.

Working with Jesus in Arnold Law Firm was amazing. He always gave me the best advice in every step throughout my claim and did his best to get me the best most possible outcome asap. They were very patient with me and even gave me a farewell gift bag. Highly recommend:)

Mr. Dominic Sandoval was excellent in helping us with our case. Overall we had a great experience with this company and would highly recommend it to family and friends.

Took care of a lawsuit for a bicycle accident when the other parties insurance company stopped responding to letters forcing a lawsuit to be filed for payment of medical bills. Gave then 4 stars as they had some churn of staff and they needed to get back upto speed on the case at one point. Once the case got towards a trial date the attorney was much more active especially during deposition and mediation which brought the case to a close.

If you are searching for an Excellent Law Firm that is Outstanding and will take care of your case in a Professional and timely manner then I would highly recommend Arnold and Arnold Law Firm. The entire staff and case managers are Amazing! Thank you Stephanie and Laura you two are a great asset to the team! They were kind, knowledgeable and supportive. They started on my case immediately worked very efficiently and kept me in the loop every step of the way! I really love that law firm. They were on their job. They took care of me very well, and I highly recommend that law firm for any of your doings. I just wanna thank Josh and his crew for helping me all that they have. Done for me and my family.
