I am writing this letter to praise the Ranchod Law group and particularly Melissa Oklan. She is truly a great lawyer and professional. But more importantly, she is a wonderful fantastic human being. She is so supportive and responsive. My J1 visa waiver case is under review. But i was so impressed by the team. I know that I will always hire Ms. Oklan and Ranchod group as my lawyers because I know she bled and worked hard on this case as much as I did, if not more. She always goes the extra mile and I know she worked weekends for my case and that is time from her family. I do not take that lightly. I work in a demanding profession that requires sacrifice, and I know Melissa is sacrificing too in service for me and others. This commitment is wonderful, and I just did not want to go unnoticed. The group and especially Melissa treated me like she treats family and for that, I am in debt to her.

I recently had a very positive experience with Ranchod Law Group. I was very fortunate to have a one on one consultation with Kaushik Ranchod who guided me through the Green Card process via both H1-B and fiancee visa paths. Kaushik is a very attentive listener and an experienced attorney who has opened up his office to help all those in need. I recommend him and his office for any immigration needs . My husband and I had a very positive experience with The Ranchod Law Group. From day one Mr. Ranchod was very attentive to our immigration situation and offered various legal paths. Based on the experience, price and reputation of the firm, we decided to proceed with them. For over a year, we worked very close to Attorney Melissa Oaklan and Attorney Yesenia Rosas. We were very impressed with their professionalism, knowledge and responsive time. We really liked how they walked us through the process (including risks and worse case scenarios) and addressed our concerns about the immigration waiver application in order to prepare us emotionally, mentally and financially. Fortunately, after a LONG LONG LONG wait, my J1 waiver was approved and my husband and I no longer have to be physically separated.

My husband and I came to Ranchod Law Group looking for some answers to our questions regarding a request of evidence letter that we received. I must say that we had great consultant from Yesenia Rosas. We got all our answers. She is confident and experienced. I would recommend her.

I sought out an attorney on my Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence after receiving a Request for Further Evidence after over a year of waiting. It was a complicated case but Yesenia Rosas took us on and helped me through the process. She was very professional, very helpful, and was able to get everything done in the short period of time allotted to have everything completed and sent in. After a couple months of waiting I was then requested to do an interview with immigration at which time I hired her again to help me through the process. Again she was so helpful answering all of my questions and giving me advice on all the things I should prepare for the interview. It was so nice to have her with me during the interview and I am happy to say that at the end of the interview I was granted lawful permanent residence status. Yesenia took so much stress out of the process for me and I am so thankful to her for everything she did.

I received a great consultant from Yesenia Rosas. In a short time I got all my answers and she clarified all my concerns regarding to my girlfriend's immigration process. She is fully confident and experienced. I would definitely recommend her.

Fantastic! David and his team of experts are phenomenal at their practice. I was referred to them by my mother to handle a bankruptcy and was thrilled how the case and situation was handled. I came back and had him help me with a divorce and a civil dispute. I plan on returning to do an estate plan. I believe that David is the best attorney in Amador County. Thanks again for all the help!
